FULL TIME RETAIL MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR

Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, including training and mentoring on front-end principles, managing POS coverage, and supporting loyalty programs. Coordinates tasks to align with store plan, communicates priorities to management and staff, participates in shrink reduction and safety programs, and ensures a positive, compliant store environment. Requires at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to train others. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Located at Hazleton, PA.
