FULL-TIME Retail Key Carrier + Front End/Engagement Coordinator

Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, alternating based on store needs and occasionally acting as Coordinator while taking on leadership in store operations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer service quality, coaching Associates, ensuring adherence to labor laws and procedures, managing Associate coverage, executing opening/closing procedures, communicating priorities to management and staff, supporting training, promoting credit and loyalty programs, contributing to shrink-reduction efforts, and upholding store policies with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, strong problem-solving and coaching abilities, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
