Job Summary
Outgoing, energetic leader sought to accurately represent the brand, develop sales teams to increase profits, and boost customer and employee satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting and orienting staff, coaching and mentoring to meet sales goals, scheduling and monitoring staff performance, controlling expenses, ensuring store compliance and readiness, building customer loyalty, creating a positive team environment, resolving customer concerns, and analyzing daily sales to maximize net profits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
