Job Summary
Manage a retail beauty store and lead a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising staff; scheduling and assigning tasks; monitoring controllable expenses to achieve financial objectives; maintaining store appearance and compliance with legal requirements; building customer loyalty through rapport and service; creating a positive, team-based environment; addressing customer concerns professionally; analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; handling banking and cash controls. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with opportunities for advancement into management. Training programs are provided to prepare for a position on the management team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
