Job Summary
Full Time Retail Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers on tanning practices and retail items, educating customers on safe tanning practices, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling opening/closing tasks, daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking. Requires strong verbal and written communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training and development, employee discounts, and growth opportunities accompany a base pay plus commission structure with bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
