Job Summary
Retail Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals and educating customers about tanning practices and skincare products in a full-time salon setting. Responsibilities include consulting with customers, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling opening/closing duties, completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and participating in training programs for product knowledge and sales techniques. Requires excellent verbal communication, ability to stand for extended periods, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Growth opportunities and performance-based incentives are offered, with base pay plus commission and bonuses and employee discounts on products.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
