Job Summary
Full-time Retail Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling opening/closing duties, and completing daily administrative paperwork. The role includes base pay plus commission and bonuses, employee discounts, training and development, and opportunities for advancement. Training is provided in customer service, sales, and leadership, with a focus on goal setting and achieving targets in a energetic, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
