Job Summary
Retail Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals and educating customers on tanning practices and retail items. Engages with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, maintains a clean and organized salon, handles opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork, and tracks goals. Offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities with potential earnings around $12-$14/hour, with top performers earning more. Provides entry-level sales and leadership training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement, employee discounts on products, and a Diamond & Wellness membership. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, strong verbal/written communication, prior retail/customer service experience, ability to stand/walk for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation with flexible availability (including nights/weekends). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.

- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
