Job Summary
Assist with the preparation, display, and sale of fresh baked goods by packaging items, stocking cases, and maintaining an attractive presentation. Ensure products are fresh, properly labeled, and readily available while providing excellent customer service. Follow written and verbal instructions, safely operate bakery equipment, and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with FDA GMP guidelines. Work Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM with weekend and holiday availability required. Carry up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including 8-10 hour shifts, 5 days a week, weekends, and holidays
- Willing and able to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willing and able to stand for prolonged periods with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willing and able to read documents and labels
- Willing and able to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
- Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Holidays and weekends availability
