Job Summary
Welcome customers like they're walking into your own backyard barbecue and help shoppers find products they'll love. Become the go-to expert on everything Chubbies by staying up to date on new product launches and confidently guiding guests through collections. Maintain the store by restocking merchandise, replenishing inventory, and keeping displays exciting while ensuring the sales floor remains clean and organized. Achieve sales goals and keep the store running smoothly by jumping in wherever the team needs you. This active role requires 6–8 hour shifts involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Weekend availability is essential, including Black Friday and the holiday season.
Required Qualifications
