Job Summary
Welcome customers like they're entering a backyard barbecue, helping shoppers find products they'll love while building authentic relationships that turn first-time visitors into lifelong fans. Stay up to date on new product launches to confidently assist with the perfect fit, style, or gift, and maintain a great-looking store by restocking merchandise, replenishing inventory, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized. Achieve sales goals by working alongside teammates to keep the store running smoothly and jump in wherever the team needs you. This active role requires standing and walking for 6–8 hour shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending or climbing ladders as needed. Weekend availability is required, including during Black Friday and the holiday season.
