Job Summary
Line Cook at Grills, Port Canaveral — sets up and stocks food items and supplies, prepares items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces, and cooks using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to specified recipes. Maintains sanitation and proper storage, cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces, performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs. Interaction via email with Hotschedules. Full-time role with shifts starting at 7am (breakfast), 10am (lunch), and 4pm (dinner); benefits include health insurance, PTO after 1 year, and 25% store discounts. Requires basic written and verbal communication, organization, accuracy and speed, ability to work as part of a team, and following directions. 1-2 years experience preferred; experience with various cooking methods and industry best practices required; reliable transportation required. Location: Cape Canaveral, FL, US.
Required Qualifications
