Job Summary

Seeking a Full Time Residential Youth Advocate for a psychiatric community home for girls aged 15-17. Responsibilities include mentoring, supervision, and implementing program activities. Requires valid NJ driver's license and specific educational and experiential qualifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid NJ driver's license
  • A high school diploma or GED and 1 to 3 years of experience working with children in a group setting, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and six months experience working with children in a group setting, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a residential setting working with adolescents and young adults with psychiatric diagnosis
  • Experience working with the Children's System of Care
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a larger treatment team
