Full-Time Resident Assistant

Job Summary
Provide resident care services in Assisted Living areas under the supervision of the Resident Services Director, maintaining a positive physical and social environment. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility transfers while documenting all services in resident service plans. Approach encounters with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner and promote a safe environment for everyone. Work closely with Resident Services associates to ensure continuity of care and support neighborhood programming and operations. Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7pm. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with one year of related health care experience and a clean criminal background.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related health care experience
- In any Community with an Ensemble Program, applicant must successfully complete required dementia training
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening
- Must adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA)
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems
