Job Summary
Design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients with challenging disorders or recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents, assessing progress by integrating into their day-to-day life. Provide care in patients' homes or care facilities as part of an interdisciplinary team. Maintain licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State and hold at least one year of relevant experience.
