Job Summary
Design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients with challenging disorders or recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents. Assess patient progress by being part of their day-to-day life while delivering therapy in their home or care facilities. Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Maintain licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State and hold at least one year of speech language pathology experience.
