Job Summary
Design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients with challenging disorders or those recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents. Assess patient progress by being a part of their day-to-day life while delivering therapy in their home or care facilities. Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team. This role requires licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State and at least one year of experience. VNS Health, a 130-year-old nonprofit, supports over 99,000 patients through its Future of Care model.
