Job Summary
Design and deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs for patients with challenging disorders, recovering from surgery, illness, or accidents. Assess progress by being part of their day-to-day life while practicing independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Provide therapy to patients in their home or care facilities. Requires licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State and at least one year of experience.
