Job Summary
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans aligned to IEP goals, delivering therapy, maintaining accurate notes and progress data, and supervising SLPAs (monitoring supervision hours if applicable). Requires current SLP license in the delivery state (or eligibility to obtain) and at least one year of experience; CEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistance are provided. Role is full-time and remote with Indianapolis, IN (and Dayton, OH as noted) locations. Strong emphasis on collaborating with educational teams, documenting progress, and supporting student access to education.
Required Qualifications
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
- PEL Required
- One year of experience in speech therapy
- State license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- K-12 school-based setting experience preferred
- CEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistance mentioned in role
- Ability to supervise and support SLPAs
- Maintain therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
