Job Summary
Deliver friendly, accurate customer service and process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Balance cash drawers to maintain accuracy while supporting branch operations such as ATM management, vault duties, and night deposits. Build relationships with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions, all while following policies and compliance requirements. Background, credit, and employment checks are required. High school diploma or equivalent is needed, with previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency and math skills are essential for this team-oriented role.
