Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions to develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans. Administer personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques and functional exercises tailored to individual needs. Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal recovery while collaborating with physicians on treatment strategies. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a multidisciplinary outpatient orthopedic clinic in Kent, Washington. You will participate in a structured mentorship program alongside a fellowship-trained therapist for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- An active Physical Therapy license in Washington State
- Demonstrated ability in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical documentation practices
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT)
- Specialized training in manual therapy
- Advanced clinical certifications
- Additional experiences in sports rehabilitation
- A commitment to ongoing education
