Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions to establish personalized therapy plans tailored to individual needs. Employ evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to restore movement and function. Regularly assess and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs. Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records using WebPT EMR and educate patients and families on self-management strategies. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a manageable patient volume of 1 to 2 patients per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid Missouri Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one
- A strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic modalities
- Exceptional communication skills
- A collaborative mindset
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist
- A background in outpatient rehabilitation, particularly in orthopedic or neurological settings
- Familiarity with a variety of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and patient management strategies
- Proficiency in using WebPT EMR
