Job Summary
Review and analyze patients' medical histories to inform treatment strategies for individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. Consult with patients in depth to understand unique physical conditions, diagnose movement dysfunction, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans. Apply hands-on techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and stimulation to promote healing, while instructing patients on proper use of therapeutic exercises and assistive devices. Maintain detailed patient records, track progress against outlined goals, and adjust plans as necessary. Educate patients and families about home exercise programs and treatment options to facilitate a continuum of care. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide necessary information for comprehensive patient evaluations. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
