Job Summary
Travel between 1-2 clinic locations in the Green Valley area to provide patient-centered care, conducting thorough evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities while educating patients on preventive strategies and self-care. Maintain precise documentation of patient progress and collaborate closely with referring physicians and surgeons to ensure integrated care. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with an average patient load of two per hour. This role supports patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions within a collaborative, evidence-based rehabilitation environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license issued in the state of Nevada
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate patients effectively
- Proficient in developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs
- Capacity to quickly adapt to varying work environments and changing patient caseloads
- Minimum two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment with a focus on quality patient care
