Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and implement rehabilitation exercises tailored to each patient's unique needs. Utilize therapeutic modalities for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports performance rehabilitation while delivering exceptional customer service and managing clinic efficiency. Collaborate with colleagues to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based practices and provide skilled care in the clinic or at patients' homes following physician-prescribed plans. Offer education and training to patients and caregivers to facilitate understanding of the recovery process. Meet utilization goals and other business objectives to maintain the clinic's operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with relevant emergency procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with word processing
- Proficiency with electronic health records
