Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to outline treatment needs. Communicate results and tailored plans to patients and families to set recovery goals while implementing evidence-based protocols for rehabilitation. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals to modify treatment plans and meticulously document all interactions and progress in compliance with regulations. Maintain productivity standards through effective time management while participating in community outreach and marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to nurturing effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
