Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation goals. Utilize therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and assistive devices to relieve pain and improve functionality. Implement ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, changes in conditions, or responses to therapies. Document all patient interactions, treatment protocols, and progress notes while educating patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic techniques for greater independence. Participate actively in continuous professional development through workshops and networking. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, a sign-on bonus, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in word processing and computer applications
