Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or health conditions in a rehabilitation environment. Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modern equipment. Monitor and document patient progress diligently to ensure treatment adjustments align with patient goals and improve outcomes. Facilitate patient and caregiver education sessions regarding assistive devices and self-care practices. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continued education. This role focuses on a varied patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric individuals. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
