Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or health conditions. Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modern equipment. Monitor and document patient progress to adjust treatments and align with goals. Facilitate patient and caregiver education sessions on assistive devices and self-care practices. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continued education. Work with a multidisciplinary team to support pediatric, geriatric, and adult rehabilitation needs.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a focus on rehabilitation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Proficiency in using word processing software and electronic health record systems.
- Flexibility and a collaborative spirit, showcasing your ability to adapt to various patient needs and clinical environments.
