Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care setting to assess functional capabilities and establish tailored treatment plans. Utilize therapeutic modalities including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and advanced equipment to alleviate pain and restore mobility. Develop individualized strategies to help patients engage in daily activities with maximum independence while regularly documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed. Provide education to patients and families on proper use of assistive devices and therapeutic exercises. Stay informed about latest clinical practices through workshops and professional networks. Requires a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, valid New Jersey license, and two years of clinical experience. Salary ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 with flexible Monday-to-Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey
