Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans minimizing pain and enhancing mobility. Implement diverse methodologies including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to facilitate recovery. Monitor, document, and report patient progress to adjust treatments for optimal outcomes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise regimens and assistive devices for continued home recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate physical therapy into comprehensive care plans. Engage in continuing education to maintain clinical knowledge. Work onsite Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- A valid State License in Physical Therapy
Desired Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- At least one year of practical experience in a clinical setting
- Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with current evidence-based practices and physical therapy innovations
- Experience in collaborative team environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in utilizing electronic health records and other documentation tools
