Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans addressing specific rehabilitation goals. Utilize therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and modern equipment to alleviate discomfort and enhance mobility. Continuously track and document patient progress, adjusting strategies based on ongoing feedback. Engage patients, families, and caregivers on effective therapy practices and assistive devices to encourage self-management. Stay abreast of field developments through workshops, professional societies, and literature review to maintain professional competence. Work onsite Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options for day or late afternoon hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current State License in Physical Therapy
- CPR certification
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Comprehensive computer skills
- Commitment to maintaining professional knowledge through ongoing education and networking within the field
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting
- Experience working directly with diverse populations
- Familiarity with various rehabilitation methods
- Proven track record of developing patient-centered care plans and successful rehabilitation outcomes
