Job Summary
Night shift full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist delivering respiratory care to adults and neonates, including ABG, PFTs, ventilator support, oxygen and aerosol therapy, bronchial hygiene therapy, and airway maintenance. Performs respiratory assessments and treatments under indirect supervision of the medical director, with proficiency in interpreting CXR, ABG, and PFT data, and with equipment assembly/ troubleshooting. Requires graduation from an accredited Respiratory Care Program, Texas license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, NBRC registration, and willingness to work night shifts at Methodist Richardson Medical Center (Denton, TX area). New graduates welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- New Graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 6 months respiratory care experience is preferred
