Full Time Registered Nurse

Provide individualized patient care as an RN by creating and managing a plan of care for patients, administer medications and monitor for side effects, document changes in patient conditions, and communicate observations with supervisors. Collaborate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans, maintain accurate records, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and client care skills while adhering to current nursing practices.
