Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) providing and managing individualized patient care plans. Responsibilities include coordinating with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate care plans; administering medications and monitoring for side effects; documenting changes in patient conditions; maintaining accurate records and discussing observations with the supervisor. Requires current RN licensure, CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver’s license, and strong interpersonal and client-care skills. Emphasis on high attention to detail, problem-solving, and adherence to current nursing practices.
