Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) - 3 days x 12 hours

Support nursing care standards by adhering to policies and procedures, obtaining comprehensive nursing histories, and performing thorough assessments to identify condition changes. Recognize abnormal diagnostic data, communicate findings to physicians, and contribute to individualized care plans while including residents and families in goal-setting. Deliver safe, compassionate care aligned with established plans, supervise nonprofessional personnel, and evaluate resident responses to update care documentation. Maintain professional growth through ongoing education and training. Work a rotating 12-hour schedule (6 weeks days 7AM–7PM, followed by 6 weeks nights 7PM–7AM) with relocation assistance available.
