Job Summary
Night-shift RN in the Medical/Surgical Unit delivering direct, patient-centered nursing care; administer medications and treatments per clinical protocols; assess and respond to changes in patient condition; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams; educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery; advocate for patient needs and maintain safe care environment; ensure accurate and timely documentation; requires NC RN license and BLS certification; full-time role with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Night shift eligibility/availability
- No travel required
- Compliance with hospital policies including vaccination requirements
- Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (post-offer)
