Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process, ensuring high-quality, safe patient care in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate across disciplines, develop and evaluate patient care plans, coordinate transfers/discharges, and delegate tasks to ancillary staff. May precept student nurses and new hires. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgement, and RN licensure. Night shift duties with incentive program; on-site role with no remote option.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification or credential
- 1+ years of recent psych RN experience strongly preferred
- Nursing experience (6 months min)
