Job Summary
Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Create engaging and effective learning experiences, use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their potential, complete daily progress notes, foster skill acquisition and school readiness, and collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community. The role supports RBT credential pursuit with 40-hour training, competency assessments, and exam support; offers opportunities for growth, ongoing training, and a benefits package. Location-focused duties include in-person ABA therapy across Las Cruces, NM and Colorado, with a clinician-supportive, family-centered practice.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
- College enrollment or degree preferred
- At least 18 years of age
