Job Summary
Unload freight, down-stock shelves, and organize merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts following proper hazardous material and lifting procedures. Assist customers in locating or loading products and use scanners, Zebra phones, and balers as needed. For Pro Fulfillment Stores, pick and stage flatbed delivery orders, load deliveries with quality and accuracy, and rotate orders by date to resolve customer issues. Most shifts are physically active, with scheduling including morning, evening, or overnight hours based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
