Job Summary
Unload freight, stock shelves, and organize merchandise by down-stocking, setting up pallets, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts while handling hazardous materials safely. Assist customers in locating or loading products and use scanners, Zebra phones, and balers as needed. Rotate delivery orders, resolve customer order issues, and communicate proactively to ensure satisfaction. Work physically active shifts on your feet, including morning, evening, or overnight hours based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
