Job Summary
Unload freight, down-stock shelves, and organize merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts. Assist customers in locating or loading products and use the Orders App to pick and stage flatbed delivery orders. Rotate orders by delivery date, resolve customer order issues, and execute delivery readiness best practices. Most shifts are physically active, with scheduling including morning, evening, or overnight hours based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
