Job Summary
Unload deliveries, handle hazardous materials safely, and stock shelves by organizing merchandise, setting up pallets, and maintaining a clean workspace. Verify freight deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts while assisting customers with product location and loading. Rotate orders by delivery date, resolve customer order issues, and ensure delivery readiness best practices are followed. Most shifts are physically active, requiring attention to detail and safe lifting practices, with schedules including morning, evening, or overnight hours based on store needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
- Bilingual
