Ranch Hand (Equestrian Focus) responsible for daily care of ranch horses, stable and equipment maintenance, fencing, pasture and arena upkeep, and assisting with general ranch projects. Requires hands-on horse handling, ability to operate ranch equipment (UTVs, tractors, trailers), and collaboration with team to support smooth daily operations. Outdoor, hands-on role based in Johnson City, TX; interaction with residents and guests as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on horse handling experience required
- Willingness to perform full ranch hand/manual labor duties daily
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and practices
