Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians. Position and instruct patients prior to examination, adjust equipment settings, and determine proper voltage, current, and exposure time. Prepare equipment for use, document exam information, and report important findings to the physician. Maintain American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification and Basic Life Support certification. Located in Fort Bragg at a 25-bed critical access hospital within Adventist Health's faith-based integrated health system.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
