Job Summary
PTA provides direct rehabilitation care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in a post-acute care setting. Must graduate from an accredited PTA program (ASPT) and be eligible to work with physician referrals. New grads are welcome to apply. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, utilizing therapy software, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, upholding Life Care standards, and delivering quality customer service while collaborating with an in-house rehab team. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/email is required; strong compliance with company policies and code of conduct is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)

- Provides direct rehab care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Follow physical therapy treatment plans under direction of the supervising PT
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
