Job Summary
Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting with an average census of 15 daily. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner support, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This full-time role includes minimal call coverage and is located in Englewood, CO, within Lifepoint Health's network of behavioral health facilities.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active CO medical license or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
