Job Summary
Psych RN — Full Time in Grand Rapids, MI. Assess patients' care needs, develop and continually reassess a plan of care with an interdisciplinary team; collaborate with physicians to provide/coordinated nursing care; educate patients' families, support milieu management, and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Responsibilities include documentation per policies, risk reporting to physicians, promoting a client-centered, recovery-focused environment, clinical leadership, staff development/training, and oversight of care protocols. Role involves scheduling and, where applicable, pre-authorizations, with a focus on compassionate, professional care across diverse clinical settings. Requires unencumbered MI RN license and BLS; new grads welcome to apply; BSN preferred.
