Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Responsible for helping design and deliver development programs, promoting positive behavior, and connecting students with resources to support their growth and learning. Assumes a role within the Education, Training & E-Learning department and contributes to a nurturing, diverse school culture while growing professionally.
