Design and deliver youth development programs focused on academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior and connect students with resources. Support students' holistic development within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School.
